does Diagnose/Fix in an hour mean?
Many
of our tech calls involve an issue that is relatively easy to diagnose and fix
within the first hour. If this is the case in your situation then you will only
be charged the $59.95. Otherwise we will let you know exactly what the problem
is and what it will take to fix it. And, we'll gladly apply the $59.95 towards
the cost of the repairs and give you a 10% discount on any hardware that may be
required.
Do
you take calls after normal business hours, weekends, or holidays?
Yes.
While higher rates apply, we understand that there are situations where you need
assistance right away. If you require after hours, or holiday/weekend assistance,
simply go to our cc:Center and open a new issue. One of our
TechTeam members will call you back right away.
I
already know what's wrong with my system, but I need someone to fix it. Do I still
get charged $59.95?
If
you mean do you get charged for the diagnosis anyway, the answer is, No. If you
know you need a new modem or network card installed our TechTeam member will show
up at your door with the new hardware ready to install in your system. The cost
to you is simply the flat-fee we'll quote to you over the phone which includes
the price of the hardware + the labor to install it.
What
forms of payment do you accept?
We
accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Personal/Business Checks,
as well as offer billing to our business customers.
My
