ClientTech has created a fantastic online center to offer the very best in customer service and support to its clients. The cc: Center allows our current and new customers to log on and open new issues, view the status of their pending issues, and most importantly, get their computer issues resolved quickly!

Other Enhancements
We are always coming up with new and better ways to service our customers. Current projects involve the ability to search our entire resolution database for answers to our customers' issues, tracking hours used/available for our service contract customers, as well as online payment for services rendered.

The $59.95 Deal!
ClientTech has started a new program called the "TechTeam". This team of highly trained, highly skilled technicians are ready to diagnose/fix any computer issue within 1 hour or else there's no charge. When we diagnose the issue, we'll let you know exactly what's wrong with your system and apply the $59.95 to the cost of the repairs. If you don't want to have us fix it and you'd like to do it yourself, no problem. We just want you to know the cause of the issue.

To create a new issue for our TechTeam, click here. If you are a current customer, use your login name and password supplied to you by your Account Manager. If you are new to ClientTech, please click on the "New User Registration" and fill out the very short registration form. Your issues will soon be a thing of the past.
