ClientTech Online Solutions, Inc. was founded in 1995 by a seasoned PeopleSoft consultant. David Harper, company founder and president, has been working with the PeopleSoft suite of Enterprise Resource Planning solutions since Version 1 of the product.

When he launched his own company, he brought with him experience from two other consulting companies, more than 10 front-to-back PeopleSoft implementations and a commitment to one thing: Putting The Client First.

David knew if the quality of our work was always excellent and our focus was solutions-driven, then customer relationships would last for the long-term. And he was right.

ClientTech has now expanded services to include not only PeopleSoft consulting, but permanent staff placements and to encompass the entire IT field.
